A loyalty program kept on the guest's email

See how it works

Volio's rewards give your regulars points on each order, kept with their email, for cafés, bars, restaurants and beach clubs. That's the whole sign-up. Beside the points card sit your happy hours and the codes you send in messages, each with the sales it brought.

From the first order to the reward

How rewards work

A points card that nobody has to carry, and the other reasons to come back in the same list.

Step 1

Points on each order

A guest keeps their points with their email after they order. There's no app to install and no password to set: a code by email is the sign-in.

Keep what's yours, on the demo venue's account page: points at Honest and a button to keep them with an email

Step 2

You set the points card

The points card sits at the top of your rewards in the back office, always on, with how often it was used and what it gave.

Step 3

Happy hours at set hours

A happy hour runs at the hours you give it. The menu board shows its prices while it runs.

Step 4

Codes in your messages

A code goes out with a message, a birthday or a we-miss-you, and the list shows how often it was used.

The regular who comes in every Tuesday

Loyalty apps ask a guest to download something to save a coffee. This one asks for an email once.

  1. Week 1

    An email, once

After her first order she keeps her points with her email. That's all she's asked for.

  2. Week 4

    Points add up

Every order adds to them. Her account shows how many are left before the next reward.

  3. Week 7

    A birthday message

An automatic birthday message goes out with a code, sent from the calendar you set up once.

  4. Week 8

    The reward

She spends her points at the table. You see in the rewards list what the points card brought in.

When rewards aren't for you

  • Most of your guests come once

An airport bar or a festival stand sees few regulars. A points card does little there, and Volio's QR ordering still does.

  • You'd rather give a free drink by hand

Keep doing it. Rewards are a list you switch on, not a rule for the room.

Every plan starts with 30 days of Pro, free.
