Is the QR menu free?
Once you've started, yes. Every venue starts with a card and 30 days of Pro, free. Cancel any time, in the trial or after, and your menu stays on Volio behind its QR codes, in your guests' languages, free. Ordering, payments and the rest stop until you pick a plan again.
Why is the price different in my country?
Volio's prices are set per country, and a venue pays its own country's list. This page shows the list for the country you're browsing from.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own account with the payment provider, then to your bank.
What does Volio take on a payment?
When a bill is paid by phone, Volio takes a small fee. Guests see it before they pay, or you switch to covering it. Nothing when a guest pays cash or the waiter.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Volio runs in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer you already own, and menu boards run on any TV with a small Android TV box. Cloud ticket printers are an option.
Can I try it before paying?
Every plan starts with 30 days of Pro, free. A card is needed to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends; we email you 7 days before. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Monthly or yearly?
Both prices are on every plan. Yearly costs 10 months' price for 12 months, so it's cheaper for a venue open all year. A monthly plan stops any month you like, so if you're open 10 months a year or fewer, monthly costs the same or less. Monthly or yearly, Founding venues keep their price for 24 months.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew.
