Guests order and pay by phone
They scan the code on the table, read the menu in their own language and order from several phones at once. Each guest can pay their own part with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card.
Volio is one ordering system for hospitality: guests order and pay from their own phone, and the team runs the floor, the POS and the kitchen display from the same orders, on the phones and tablets the venue already owns. It's for restaurants, bars, clubs, beach clubs, cafés, hotel bars and food trucks.

The floor plan, the orders board, the POS, waiter mode on a staff phone and the kitchen display, with each dish sent to the place that makes it.

Share it on Instagram or Google. Guests order and pay ahead, pick a time and collect by number.

Guests book from the venue's page, send a gift card now or on a chosen day, and collect points kept with an email.

The menu with sold out in one tap, every guest who ordered or booked, and takings by day and hour, exported to Excel or CSV.

Any phone, tablet or computer with a browser, and menu boards on any TV with a small Android TV box.
Said plainly, so nobody joins for something it doesn't do.
Volio sells no hardware. It runs on the phones, tablets and computers you own, and cloud ticket printers are an option.
Volio doesn't deliver. Takeaway is ordered and paid ahead, then collected.
In a hotel restaurant, bar or pool bar, a lounger is numbered like a table. Volio doesn't do room service or charge to a room.
Beach bars number their sunbeds and take bookings for them. Volio doesn't rent sunbeds out or keep a map of beaches.

From investors who know hospitality and payments. For investors
Volio publishes the Ordering System Price Index: what QR ordering, pay-at-the-table and restaurant POS products print about their prices, read on their own pages and dated. Free to quote and reuse with a link.
Of 15 products, 13 publish a plan price and 2 publish none. Of the 12 that take card payments as part of the product, 4 publish their card rate.
Only the vendors' own pricing pages, terms and help centres, no sales calls or test accounts. Each figure links its page and the day it was read; this edition was last changed on Oct 13, 2026.
The index, with a CSV of every plan, its source and its date. Corrections go in its changelog.
