Pre-seed · For professional investors
Guests order and pay from their own phone. The team runs the floor, the POS and the kitchen display from the same orders, on the devices the venue already owns. Volio earns a plan per venue, and a small fee on each bill a guest pays by phone.

Volio runs in the browser on the phones, tablets and computers a venue already owns: no hardware to sell, ship or install.

Two places. A plan per venue, paid monthly or yearly by card after 30 days of Pro; card checkout opened on October 13, 2026. And a small fee on each bill a guest pays by phone, so revenue grows with what a venue sells, not with how many staff it has.
Yes, today: one founder builds and runs it. It's the first risk this round fixes: a senior engineer in month 2, and two advisors, one from restaurants and one from payments. The founder's name and background are in the deck.
It's where Volio is built, and it's a hard test: cash is 53.9% of point-of-sale payments by number there. If guests pay by phone in Greece, the case holds where cards already lead. Volio isn't a Greek product: it has price lists in 45 countries.
Each sells a part of this. Toast runs only on Toast hardware, Square takes cards in eight countries, and sunday adds paying at the table to the POS a venue already has. Volio is the menu, ordering, payments, POS, kitchen display and bookings in one plan, on the devices a venue owns.
Too early to say: card checkout opened on October 13, 2026. Retention by monthly cohort goes in the deck as soon as there are cohorts to show.
Guests pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, into the venue's own account with the payment provider, then to its bank. Volio's fee comes from the same payment, so there's nothing to invoice. Nothing is taken when a guest pays cash or the waiter.
They see it before they pay, never added at the end, and the venue can switch to covering it instead. A guest who pays cash or the waiter pays nothing extra.
A monthly plan stops any month, and a year paid at once costs 10 months' price. A venue that cancels keeps its QR menu online, free, so it comes back to a menu that's already there.
