Will this hurt my relationship with the venue?
You send it yourself, in your own words, to someone you know, and what they get from you is a month free. The venue always sees who sent it. If Volio isn’t for them, they say no and that’s the end of it.
Do I have to sell Volio?
No. The page your link opens explains Volio, and the owner can try the live demo before starting. Questions come to us.
When and how do I get it?
By bank transfer, once the venue has paid us for 60 days. We email you the day it lands.

Why does the amount change from venue to venue?
It’s about one month of the plan the venue picks: €30 for Basic, €70 for Essential, €100 for Pro. The 10% from your 3rd venue is of what each venue pays, before tax, for 12 months. Those are the plans’ prices in Greece and Portugal; elsewhere it follows the plan’s price there.

It doesn’t. Whatever plan the new venue picks, you get a month free.
What if the venue leaves before day 60?
Then there’s no reward for it. The same goes if it’s refunded. Nothing else changes for you.
Can I bring my own venue?
No. Your own venue and venues already on Volio don’t count.

- Rewards come after the new venue has paid 60 days, and never for more than it paid. A cash reward follows the plan the venue is on that day, and waits up to 12 months for the venue to have paid that much, then lapses.
- Once per business, across all links: the same card, the same place on the map or the same address counts as one.
- No reward for your own venue, a venue already on Volio, or one that leaves or is refunded before day 60.
- A partner’s 10% is of what each venue pays before tax, for 12 months, from the day the partner’s 3rd venue counts.
- Staff and anyone who doesn’t sell to venues get the same cash reward as a partner; the 10% is a partner’s alone.
- An owner’s free month comes off their next bill by itself. Cash is paid by bank transfer.
- The new venue always sees who referred it. No cold messages and no ads on the Volio name.
- We can end the programme with 30 days’ notice. Rewards already owed are still paid.
